You can ask Leadping to delete your account by emailing support@leadping.ai from the address associated with it. Use the subject Account deletion request and include:
  • your name and account email;
  • your organization, if applicable; and
  • enough information to confirm ownership if you cannot write from the account address.
We may verify your identity, account ownership, or authority to act for an organization before processing the request. Our Data Deletion page is the complete policy for both account deletion and requests to remove specific data. It explains:
  • what is deleted, deactivated, deidentified, or anonymized;
  • how organization data differs from an individual user login;
  • the limited records Leadping may need to retain; and
  • the expected processing period.
Deleting your user login may not delete data controlled by an organization you belong to. An authorized organization owner can request deletion of eligible organization data.
