Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Leadping account:- Email support@leadping.ai from the email address associated with your Leadping account.
- Use the subject line Account deletion request.
- Include your account email address, your name, your business or organization name if applicable, and any phone number associated with the account.
- If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for us to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
What We Delete
When an account deletion request is verified and completed, Leadping deletes or deactivates information associated with the account where it is no longer needed to provide the Service or satisfy legal, security, billing, carrier, provider, dispute, or compliance requirements. This may include:- account profile information, such as name, email address, phone number, role, and account preferences;
- login credentials, authentication records needed for active access, and active sessions;
- app and portal settings tied only to the deleted account;
- customer data tied only to the deleted account, subject to the retention exceptions below; and
- non-required operational copies of account data.
What We May Keep
Leadping may retain limited information after account deletion when needed for lawful business, legal, security, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, carrier, provider, dispute, audit, or compliance purposes. Retained information may include:- billing, invoice, payment, tax, and accounting records, generally retained for up to 7 years;
- support requests, deletion request records, account administration records, and related correspondence, generally retained for up to 3 years;
- security logs, authentication logs, audit logs, abuse-prevention records, and system integrity records, generally retained for up to 2 years;
- consent evidence, opt-in records, opt-out records, suppression records, message metadata, call metadata, carrier records, campaign records, compliance records, and dispute-related records, generally retained for at least 4 years after the last related contact or longer if required by law, carrier policy, provider policy, contract, audit, dispute, or enforcement matter; and
- backup copies, which are deleted or overwritten in the ordinary backup lifecycle, generally within 90 days, unless preserved for security, legal, or compliance reasons.
