TrustedSetup is the one-time readiness process for a Leadping phone number. It connects the number to the right business, team, routing, lead source, and outreach use case before real people receive calls or messages. A business approval does not automatically prepare every number. Each number has its own provisioning, registration relationship, routing, and traffic history.
Two separate checks: TrustedSetup prepares the number inside Leadping. Carrier registration establishes the business SMS use case with the relevant messaging providers and registries. SMS may require both.

When you need TrustedSetup

Complete TrustedSetup for:
  • the first production number on an account;
  • an additional or replacement number; or
  • a number moving to a new or materially changed workflow.
Do not use a number for production calls or texts until Leadping shows that it is ready.

What Leadping prepares

The exact work depends on the number and use case, but it generally includes: A ready number has passed Leadping’s required setup checks. It does not guarantee delivery, answer rates, carrier approval, or legal compliance.

What to prepare

Bring the real workflow, not a generic future use case:
  • business identity, website, and support contact;
  • lead source and consent path;
  • intended call and SMS use;
  • representative message copy;
  • call purpose or script;
  • opt-out handling; and
  • carrier-registration details requested by the app or support.
The names, website, source, consent language, and outreach should describe the same sender and purpose. Mismatched or incomplete details are the most common reason setup pauses.

Cost

TrustedSetup has a one-time fee for each number. It is separate from monthly number rental, call or SMS usage, carrier-registration fees shown during setup, and provider pass-through charges. Adding another number later requires its own TrustedSetup and fee.

After the number is ready

Test before using it at volume:
  1. Confirm the number is assigned to the correct team and workflow.
  2. Send or receive a controlled interaction.
  3. Verify calls, messages, replies, and missed events appear in the right conversation.
  4. Verify SMS opt-out handling.
  5. Keep early traffic aligned with the approved source, use case, and sample messages.
Contact support@leadping.ai before materially changing the source, audience, product, sender, message copy, call purpose, link domain, or sending pattern tied to the number.

Register business SMS

Prepare the brand, consent flow, use case, and sample messages for review.

Review the operating standard

Keep source, consent, sender, message, and opt-outs aligned.
