Revision Date: June 28, 2026 Use this page before approving a source, drafting SMS copy, registering a campaign, connecting a partner, or starting an automation. It is designed for quick operational decisions: if the use case fits one of these categories, do not send it through Leadping. The formal policy is the Acceptable Use Policy. If the two ever appear different, follow the stricter rule and contact support before sending traffic.

How to use this page

Check the source, offer, message content, links, sender identity, consent path, and recipient list against the categories below. If a use case is close to a forbidden category, do not test it in production to see what happens. Contact support with the source, website, opt-in path, message examples, and intended recipients.

Forbidden categories and traffic

  • Illegal goods, illegal services, or unlawful activity
  • Fraud, phishing, smishing, impersonation, fake invoices, credential collection, or deceptive security alerts
  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, hate, or repeated unwanted contact
  • Adult sexual content, pornography, escort services, or adult dating solicitations
  • Firearms, explosives, weapons, ammunition, fireworks, or related offers
  • Cannabis, CBD, THC, controlled substances, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, or related promotions
  • Gambling, betting, sweepstakes, contests, lotteries, or fantasy sports promotions
  • Payday loans, title loans, high-interest loans, debt relief, debt collection abuse, credit repair, student-loan forgiveness, or mortgage-relief offers
  • Cryptocurrency, tokens, investment offers, trading promotions, get-rich-quick offers, work-from-home schemes, or multi-level marketing
  • Misleading healthcare, insurance, financial, employment, housing, immigration, tax, legal, or government-benefit claims
  • Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or other age-restricted promotions without prior Leadping approval
  • Political, charitable, public-health, emergency, or other regulated messaging without prior Leadping approval
  • Malware, unsafe attachments, deceptive redirects, or links that hide the final destination
  • Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, recycled, aged, affiliate-generated, unverifiable, or non-consented contact lists
  • Messages that do not match the registered brand, website, source, campaign, consent path, or approved sample messages
  • Attempts to bypass carrier, registration, opt-out, suppression, billing, security, or Leadping review controls

Also prohibited

Do not use Leadping to:
  • Split a forbidden campaign across multiple sources, numbers, brands, or accounts
  • Rename or disguise a restricted use case to pass review
  • Send messages that differ materially from the approved examples
  • Continue traffic after a source, carrier, provider, or Leadping review issue
  • Upload or buy contacts that did not opt in to the specific outreach
  • Ignore STOP, DNC, unsubscribe, or other no-contact requests
Leadping may reject leads, disable sources, pause numbers, block messages, or require review when traffic appears to fall into these categories.

If your use case is close

Do not start traffic while you are deciding whether a category applies. Contact support@leadping.ai with the business, website, lead source, opt-in path, message examples, and intended recipients.
