Our approach
We organize trust around four practical commitments.Protect the data
Customer data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and encrypted at rest using managed storage protections. Credentials and connected-system secrets receive additional handling and are not treated as ordinary lead data.Limit access
Application access is authenticated and scoped by business membership, role, and credential. Production access is restricted to authorized people and service providers who need it to operate, support, or protect the service.Watch the system
Leadping records security-relevant activity and monitors service health, delivery signals, provider signals, suspicious behavior, and abuse indicators. These records support troubleshooting, compliance review, and incident investigation.Be direct about responsibility
Leadping secures the platform and the systems it controls. Customers secure their users, credentials, endpoints, lead sources, exports, and connected systems. Customers also decide what data to submit and whether an outreach workflow is lawful and appropriate.Data and privacy
Leadping processes lead details, consent evidence, messages, call records, configuration, and related operational data to provide the service. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for another party’s independent marketing. Retention depends on the type of record and why it exists. Some information can be deleted on request; limited billing, security, consent, suppression, carrier, or dispute records may need to remain for a defined period. The Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page explain those boundaries. Our Subprocessors page identifies service providers that may process data while helping us deliver Leadping.Compliance-sensitive workflows
Leadping helps customers keep source, consent, contact, and conversation context connected. That makes a workflow easier to operate and review, but it does not make a lead lawful or replace legal advice. For day-to-day outreach controls, start with A Responsible Lead Workflow. Customers working with protected health information should also review the Business Associate Agreement and confirm that their intended workflow is appropriate before sending sensitive data.Questions or concerns
