Revision Date: June 4, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Leadping (“Leadping,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when people visit our websites, create or use Leadping accounts, communicate with us, receive Leadping-powered communications, or interact with our SMS, voice, lead-intake, workflow, automation, API, and related services (the “Service”). This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service. It does not replace any privacy notice that a Leadping customer must provide to its own leads, contacts, recipients, users, or business partners.

Roles and Responsibility

Leadping processes personal information in different roles depending on the context:
  • Leadping-controlled information. For account administration, billing, support, website analytics, security, sales, and Leadping’s own business operations, Leadping determines how personal information is processed.
  • Customer-controlled information. For leads, contact lists, recipient information, message content, call records, consent records, workflow data, source data, and integration data submitted by or for a customer, the customer is responsible for deciding what data is collected, whether contact is lawful, what notices and consents are required, and how the data may be used. Leadping processes that information to provide, secure, support, document, and improve the Service and to comply with law, carrier requirements, provider requirements, and customer instructions.
Customers are responsible for their lead sources, consent language, opt-in records, opt-out handling, suppression practices, privacy notices, connected systems, and compliance with applicable privacy, telemarketing, messaging, and consumer-protection laws.

We may disclose personal information:
  • To Service Providers. Cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, messaging, voice, number, 10DLC registry, payment, email, analytics, security, support, identity-verification, and other providers that help us operate the Service.

  • For Legal, Compliance, and Safety Purposes. To courts, regulators, law enforcement, auditors, complainants, recipients, carriers, providers, payment processors, or other parties where we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, investigate abuse, enforce terms, respond to disputes, protect rights, or prevent harm.

  • With Consent. When a person or customer directs us or consents to the disclosure.

No Sale or Marketing Share of Mobile Opt-In Data

Leadping does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS consent status, or SMS opt-out data with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile numbers, opt-in data, consent status, opt-out data, message content, and message metadata to Service Providers, carriers, registries, customer-configured integrations, and other parties as needed to deliver, route, support, secure, audit, document, or enforce requested communications, or as required or permitted by law. Customers may not use Leadping to sell, rent, share, or transfer SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers in a way that violates law, carrier requirements, this Policy, the Terms, or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Consumer Messaging Rights

For Leadping-powered SMS/MMS communications:
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to stop future texts from the applicable sender or campaign, unless a narrower legal exception applies.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help information where supported, or email support@leadping.ai for Leadping platform support.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies by sender, campaign, transaction, workflow, and recipient interaction. Any program-specific disclosure provided at opt-in controls that program.
  • Message and Data Rates May Apply.
Customers are responsible for placing required SMS disclosures, privacy-policy links, terms links, consent language, opt-out instructions, and support contact information wherever they collect SMS opt-ins.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functionality, session management, security, preference storage, analytics, and performance measurement. Analytics data is used to understand and improve the Service and should not contain message content or full phone numbers. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the website or Service from working properly.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, process billing, support customers, comply with legal and tax obligations, satisfy carrier or provider requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, investigate abuse, maintain security, and protect rights. Retention periods vary by data type and context. Lead, message, call, consent, opt-out, suppression, audit, billing, security, and support records may be retained after account closure where needed for legal, carrier, provider, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, security, or compliance purposes. Customer Data may be deleted after account closure, delinquency, inactivity, or termination subject to Leadping’s retention practices and legal obligations. Customers should export needed Customer Data before cancelling or terminating the Service and should maintain their own legally required consent, source, DNC, suppression, and outreach records.

Security

Leadping uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include encryption in transit, access controls, logging, monitoring, least-privilege permissions, provider security controls, and internal procedures. No system, network, provider, transmission, or storage method is 100% secure. Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials, API keys, source credentials, user access, exports, endpoints, connected systems, and local copies of data. We will provide breach notices as required by applicable law.

De-Identified and Aggregated Data

Leadping may create and use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for analytics, reporting, product improvement, security, abuse prevention, benchmarking, and business operations. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified data except as permitted by law, such as to test or maintain de-identification.

International Processing

Leadping is based in the United States, and personal information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our Service Providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, Leadping uses appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and relationship to Leadping, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, receive, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. To submit a request, email legal@leadping.ai. If your request concerns personal information controlled by a Leadping customer, we may direct you to that customer or process the request in accordance with the customer’s instructions. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records of requests as required or permitted by law. We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and Leadping does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Customers must not use the Service to contact minors or collect children’s information unless they have all required legal authority, notices, consents, and approvals.
