Definitions

Categories of Personal Data We Collect
- Profile & Contact Data – name, email, phone number, business name, billing address, account credentials.
- Communications Data – message content, delivery receipts, recordings (if enabled), opt-in/opt-out events.
- Payment Data – limited card details (card type, last 4 digits)
- Device & Technical Data – IP address, device/browser type, OS version, carrier info, timestamps.
- Web & Analytics Data – site interactions, referring URLs, cookies.
- Professional Data – job title, employer (optional).
- Geolocation Data – coarse location inferred from IP.
- Voluntary Data – any information you submit in surveys, support tickets, or free-form fields.

- Directly from you – account creation, opt-in forms, customer support, surveys.
- Automatically – logs, cookies, and similar technologies when you use the Service.
- Service Providers & Integrations – payment processors, telecom carriers, analytics vendors.
- Third-party platforms – if you connect or authenticate via another service.

No-Share / No-Sell of Mobile Data
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We only disclose such data:- to Service Providers strictly necessary to deliver, route, or support the messages you’ve requested (e.g., telecom carriers, hosting vendors);
- as required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
Cookies & Tracking
We use essential and functional cookies for session management and security. Analytics cookies are used only in aggregated or de-identified form to improve performance; they never contain message content or phone numbers. Retention
We retain Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by telecom/carrier rules (e.g., opt-in logs for at least 5 years) and applicable law. When no longer required, data is deleted or de-identified.Security
