Revision Date: June 14, 2026 This page explains how users of Leadping and services provided by Leadping LLC can request deletion of some or all eligible data, with or without deleting their Leadping account.

Request Data Deletion

You can request that Leadping delete some or all eligible data associated with you or your Leadping account without deleting your account. To request data deletion:
  1. Email support@leadping.ai from the email address associated with your Leadping account.
  2. Use the subject line Data deletion request.
  3. Include your account email address, your name, your business or organization name if applicable, and any phone number associated with the account.
  4. Tell us whether you want all eligible data deleted or only specific data, such as profile information, app or portal settings, lead records, message records, call records, support records, or other information.
  5. If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for us to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
After we receive your request, we may ask you to verify your identity, confirm account ownership, identify the data you want deleted, or confirm that you are authorized to request deletion of organization data. Once verified, we will process the deletion request within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, contract, carrier or provider requirements, security needs, billing issues, disputes, or compliance obligations. If you keep your Leadping account active, deleting certain data may limit or disable features that depend on that data.

Request Account Deletion

You can also request deletion of your Leadping account. Account deletion includes deletion or deactivation of eligible account data where it is no longer needed for the purposes described below. To request account deletion:
  1. Email support@leadping.ai from the email address associated with your Leadping account.
  2. Use the subject line Account deletion request.
  3. Include your account email address, your name, your business or organization name if applicable, and any phone number associated with the account.
  4. If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for us to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
After we receive your request, we may ask you to verify your identity, confirm account ownership, or confirm that you are authorized to delete an organization account. Once verified, we will process the deletion request within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, contract, carrier or provider requirements, security needs, billing issues, disputes, or compliance obligations.

What We Delete

When a data deletion or account deletion request is verified and completed, Leadping deletes, deactivates, deidentifies, or anonymizes eligible information where it is no longer needed to provide the Service or satisfy legal, security, billing, carrier, provider, dispute, or compliance requirements. Depending on the request and the account context, this may include:
  • account profile information, such as name, email address, phone number, role, and account preferences;
  • login credentials, active sessions, and authentication records needed only for active access;
  • app and portal settings tied only to the requestor or deleted account;
  • customer data, lead records, message records, call records, uploaded files, integration data, and related operational data tied to the request, subject to the retention exceptions below; and
  • non-required operational copies of eligible data.
If your Leadping account is part of a business or organization account, deleting your user login or your personal data may not delete the organization’s Customer Data, lead records, message records, call records, billing records, campaign records, integrations, phone numbers, or other records controlled by that organization. Organization owners or authorized administrators can request deletion of eligible organization data.

What We May Keep

Leadping may retain limited information after a data deletion or account deletion request when needed for lawful business, legal, security, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, carrier, provider, dispute, audit, or compliance purposes. Retained information may include:
  • billing, invoice, payment, tax, and accounting records, generally retained for up to 7 years;
  • support requests, deletion request records, account administration records, and related correspondence, generally retained for up to 3 years;
  • security logs, authentication logs, audit logs, abuse-prevention records, and system integrity records, generally retained for up to 2 years;
  • consent evidence, opt-in records, opt-out records, suppression records, message metadata, call metadata, carrier records, campaign records, compliance records, and dispute-related records, generally retained for at least 4 years after the last related contact or longer if required by law, carrier policy, provider policy, contract, audit, dispute, or enforcement matter; and
  • backup copies, which are deleted or overwritten in the ordinary backup lifecycle, generally within 90 days, unless preserved for security, legal, or compliance reasons.
Retained data is limited to the purposes described above. If your account is deleted, retained data is not used to maintain an active user account.
