You may request deletion of specific eligible data or an entire Leadping account. Leadping verifies requests before acting to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Most verified requests are processed within 30 days. More time may be required or permitted for legal, contractual, billing, security, carrier, provider, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Submit a request

Email support@leadping.ai from the account address. Include:
  • your name and account email;
  • organization name and associated phone number, if applicable;
  • whether the request covers all eligible data or specific records; and
  • enough information to verify your authority if you cannot use the account address.
For a specific-data request, identify the records involved, such as profile, settings, leads, messages, calls, support history, uploaded files, or integration data. Leadping may ask you to verify identity, ownership, organization authority, or deletion scope. Deleting data from an active account may limit features that depend on it.

Eligible data

After verification, Leadping deletes, deactivates, deidentifies, or anonymizes eligible data that is no longer needed to provide the service or meet an applicable retention need. Depending on the request, eligible data may include:
  • profile information, roles, and preferences;
  • credentials, sessions, and authentication records needed only for active access;
  • app and portal settings tied only to the requester or deleted account;
  • leads, messages, calls, files, integrations, and related operational data; and
  • non-required operational copies.
Deleting a user does not automatically delete organization-controlled leads, conversations, billing, campaigns, integrations, numbers, or other organization records. An authorized organization owner may request deletion of eligible organization data.

Deleting a lead in the product

The lead-delete API removes a lead from normal user-facing workflows while retaining its stored lead, conversation, and event records. Archiving also preserves history. Neither action is a request to erase all information associated with a person. If your intent is deletion of eligible personal data, use the request process above and identify that scope explicitly. Leadping may need to retain limited records described below, including suppression information needed to avoid future unwanted contact.

Identify records without sending an export

Use organization and record IDs when you have them. For a request about messages or calls, include the relevant date range and channel. If you do not have a Leadping account, explain your relationship to the sender so the request can be directed appropriately. Do not attach a full customer list or conversation export to the initial email. Leadping can ask for the additional information needed to verify the request. Copies in your own CRM, exports, or customer-selected services require a separate review by the party responsible for those systems.

Records Leadping may retain

Retention may be longer when required by law, carrier or provider policy, contract, audit, dispute, enforcement, security, or compliance obligations. Retained information is limited to the applicable purpose. It is not used to maintain an active user account after account deletion.
