Building a company people can count on.

We’re Leadping LLC, a software company based in Owatonna, Minnesota. Founded in April 2025, we’re here to help businesses grow through communication that earns people’s trust.

Why we started Leadping

When someone asks a business for information, they’re opening the door to a relationship. How that business responds matters. So does what happens after the first conversation: whether someone listens, keeps their word, and respects the person’s choices.

We started Leadping with the belief that helping a business grow carries a responsibility to the people it reaches. Our ambition is to make thoughtful, dependable communication a normal part of doing business.

That belief also sets the standard for our own company. We want to earn lasting relationships with customers, teammates, and partners by being useful, speaking plainly, and following through. We expect to be judged by how consistently we do those things.

The principles behind our decisions

These are the commitments we want to hold onto as Leadping grows.

01

Respect the person

A person’s attention, choices, and personal information deserve care. We consider the people affected by our work, including those who will never be our customers.

02

Be honest about what we can do

Set clear expectations. Explain limitations. Say when we don’t know. We would rather have a candid conversation today than leave someone with a promise we cannot keep.

03

Take responsibility

When something goes wrong, acknowledge it and work through it. Ownership includes the explanation, the correction, and what we learn afterward.

04

Think beyond the next milestone

Choose relationships and ways of working that can last. A decision should still make sense after the deadline, the sale, or the launch has passed.

Stay close to the people doing the work

The people using our work should have a voice in where we go next.

Our work brings together lead operations, communications, and software engineering. We value that experience, but we also make room to be wrong. Customer conversations help us question assumptions, understand what matters, and make better decisions.

Tell us what matters to you

What you can expect from us

Our principles should show up in the everyday experience of working with Leadping.

We listen before we recommend

We want to understand your goals, constraints, and the work behind your question. Useful advice starts with that context.

We make the next step clear

A conversation should leave you knowing what happens next, who is responsible, and what still needs an answer.

We take feedback seriously

Tell us when something is confusing or falls short. We use that feedback to understand the problem and decide what needs to change.

We keep the conversation respectful

Questions, disagreements, and difficult news deserve a direct, considerate response. That applies to customers, partners, and colleagues alike.
