Build activity. Keep your numbers warm.

Number Health exchanges calls and texts with other participating Leadping numbers to support reputation and build sending capacity, even when your team is quiet.

Performance signals

Look beyond a single health score.

Open a number to see the activity behind its score for the selected date range.

Understand SMS performance.

Review delivery, carrier rejection, and opt-out rates together. Use the pattern to investigate the sender, message, or lead source that needs attention.

Review call quality.

See connected-call, short-call, and invalid-number rates. Identify where attempts are failing to become useful conversations.

Compare numbers in the pool.

See individual health scores with call and SMS readiness in the number list. Open the numbers that warrant a closer look.

Readiness + ramping

Add volume with a view of what is ready.

Registration, channel readiness, and ramp progress belong beside the numbers your team uses.

Check each channel separately.

A number’s call readiness and SMS readiness can differ. See both states so your team knows which channel is available.

Grow through successful activity.

Successful calls and texts in the Leadping ecosystem contribute to your number’s capacity alongside everyday use. Provider and pacing limits still apply.

Keep idle numbers active.

Paid Number Health continues ecosystem activity after the initial ramp. When it is turned off or the subscription is inactive, that activity stops and unused capacity can decline.

Spot restrictions early.

Identify numbers that are paused, limited, or waiting on setup. Resolve readiness issues before relying on them for more outreach.

Capacity + contact rules

Keep bursts of leads within available capacity.

A campaign or import can create more work than a sender can release immediately. Apply limits to both the number and the lead.

Pace calls and texts by window.

Use separate minute, hour, and day capacity for SMS and calls. Check available room before submitting more activity.

Preserve conversation continuity.

Keep the assigned sender involved in follow-up while checking its eligibility and capacity. A familiar number still needs to be ready to send.

Respect the lead’s contact limits.

Evaluate contact frequency, allowed times, opt-outs, and suppressions alongside number capacity. Available sender capacity does not override a lead’s contact rules.

Investigation

Follow a number issue through to the affected activity.

Connect performance signals to individual messages and calls when you need to understand an outcome.

Inspect a failed message.

Review delivery state, provider events, and the sending number on the message record. Keep the outcome tied to its lead and conversation.

Understand a delayed action.

See sender readiness and capacity decisions with the activity. Distinguish work that is waiting from work that has been blocked.

Read the score in context.

The health score reflects observed activity. Use the supporting rates and readiness information to guide investigation; it is not a carrier spam-label report.
